Welcome to the January Reset 2024 round of Thermi 30.
The Christmas decorations are down, the kids are back in school and it’s time to get back on track for a whole new year!
Although Thermomix makes wonderful fudge, tiffin balls and chutney, it is also the perfect tool to make delicious and interesting stews, salads, soups, smoothies, curries and breakfast bowls.
Get ready for a month of beautiful whole food eating using the Thermomix. We will be meal planning together and using an abundance of fresh whole ingredients including meat, fish, eggs, vegetables, fruit, nuts, seeds. We’ll be putting aside foods that can sometimes cause inflammation such as alcohol, sugar, seed oils, most dairy, soy and gluten. This is essentially a paleo style protocol but there will be options for those who are vegetarian or pescatarian and also for those who would like to focus on low-carb
Looking for accountability to help you reach your goals? That’s what this is all about. You will be joining a committed and supportive community of people who really want to work hard to feel and look fabulous! You will be coached on a daily basis as part of a small group and your tool kit will include an eBook manual, weekly suggested meal plans, daily motivational messages and a Facebook and WhatsApp community group. This is more than just a diet, this is a whole body reset as we support ourselves with improved hydration, movement, sleep and mindfulness.
Our prep starts from Monday 8th January and the 30 days starts on Monday 15th Jan. For previous graduates, there’s a bonus week from the 8th if you want to get a head start. We will finish on Tuesday 13th Feb in time for Valentine’s Day! I will be sending you information to get prepared in the days leading up to the program so that you can shop, batch cook and just generally get in the right frame of mind! There will also be 5 days of reintroduction.
